- Deposit Fees: Errante does not charge any deposit fees.
- Funds received in an alternative currency to the trading account, will automatically be converted into the account base currency.
- Errante does not accept 3rd party deposits. Payments must only be made in your name matching your Errante trading account. If any 3rd party funding is received this will be refunded and costs applied to the 3rd party.
- Errante shall bear absolutely no responsibility regardless of the circumstances for any such payment providers failings thereof and/or any losses that took place or might take place in the future as a result of using the above services.

Additional Information
- For all accounts (Individual, Corporate and Joint Accounts), Errante will only process withdrawal/refunds back to the source of the original deposit.
- All withdrawals are processed during working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 GMT+3.
- Minimum withdrawals are applicable; Clients wishing to withdraw below the minimum levels will be required to cover all charges associated with the withdrawal request.
- In case of a withdrawal request up to 72 hours after depositing (i) without significant trading activity1, or (ii) when traded with us for arbitrage, an additional 5% fee/penalty will be charged.
- In case of a withdrawal request after 72 hours from deposit time (i) without significant trading activity1, or (ii) when traded with us for arbitrage, an additional 3% fee/penalty will be charged.
- Errante shall bear absolutely no responsibility regardless of the circumstances for any such payment providers failings thereof and/or any losses that took place or might take place in the future as a result of using the above services.
1Significant trading activity means that per US$1,000 deposit at least 2 lots of FX/Metal positions being open for at least 5 minutes. This measure can be changed at the Company’s sole discretion and without the consent of the client.
